1.1 Registration and account data: full name, professional e-mail address, mobile number, employer / company name, job title, sector interests, password (stored in hashed form), preferred language and subscription plan.

1.2 Verification and e-signature data: one-time code verification results (e-mail now; SMS when introduced), date and time of acceptance of the Terms, Privacy Policy and NDA, IP address, device and browser identifiers, a "remembered device" token valid for thirty (30) days, and the version of each document accepted.

1.3 Billing data: invoicing name and address, VAT registration number (if any), bank transfer references and payment status. SPI does not currently collect card details; if online payment is introduced, card data will be handled by a payment service provider licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) and will not be stored by SPI.

1.4 Usage data: pages and project records viewed, searches, filters, saved projects and companies, alerts configured, exports and downloads, session times, and technical logs generated by the Platform.

1.5 Communications: messages you send to our support or sales team (including by telephone to +966 55 833 8456), survey responses and feedback.

1.6 We do not intentionally collect sensitive data (such as health, religious, ethnic, biometric or criminal data) and ask that you do not provide it.

2.1 The Platform includes limited business contact information about professionals involved in projects and companies — typically name, job title, employer, business e-mail and business telephone — obtained from public sources such as tender announcements, company websites, press releases, professional networks and licensed data providers. We do not collect personal e-mail addresses, home addresses or private telephone numbers.

2.1 تتضمن المنصة معلومات اتصال مهنية محدودة عن المهنيين المشاركين في المشاريع والشركات — عادةً الاسم والمسمى الوظيفي وجهة العمل والبريد الإلكتروني المهني وهاتف العمل — مستقاة من مصادر عامة مثل إعلانات المناقصات ومواقع الشركات والبيانات الصحفية والشبكات المهنية ومزودي البيانات المرخصين. ولا نجمع عناوين البريد الإلكتروني الشخصية أو عناوين المنازل أو أرقام الهواتف الخاصة.

2.2 We process this data on the basis of SPI's legitimate interest in providing business-to-business market intelligence, having assessed that the processing is limited to professional information already made public in a business context and does not override the rights of the individuals concerned. Where the PDPL requires it, we will notify or obtain consent from the individual before publication.

2.2 نعالج هذه البيانات استناداً إلى المصلحة المشروعة لـ SPI في تقديم معلومات سوقية بين الأعمال، بعد أن قيّمنا أن المعالجة تقتصر على معلومات مهنية سبق إتاحتها للعموم في سياق الأعمال ولا تتعارض مع حقوق الأفراد المعنيين. وحيثما يقتضي النظام ذلك، سنخطر الفرد أو نحصل على موافقته قبل النشر.

2.3 If you are a professional listed in the Content, you may at any time ask us to correct or remove your details by writing to privacy@spi-platform.com. We will action removal requests within ten (10) business days without requiring a reason.

2.3 إذا كنت مهنياً مدرجاً في المحتوى، يمكنك في أي وقت أن تطلب منا تصحيح بياناتك أو إزالتها بالكتابة إلى privacy@spi-platform.com. وسننفذ طلبات الإزالة خلال عشرة (10) أيام عمل دون اشتراط إبداء سبب.

2.4 Users who access this data must use it only for legitimate business-to-business communication in compliance with the PDPL and must honour any objection or opt-out, as set out in the Terms and Conditions.

3.1 To create and manage your account, verify your identity and employer, deliver the trial and paid Subscriptions, and provide the Platform features — necessary for the performance of our contract with you (PDPL Article 6).

3.1 لإنشاء حسابك وإدارته، والتحقق من هويتك وجهة عملك، وتقديم الفترة التجريبية والاشتراكات المدفوعة، وتوفير خصائص المنصة — وهو ما تقتضيه الضرورة لتنفيذ العقد المبرم معك (المادة السادسة من النظام).

3.2 To issue tax invoices, maintain accounting records and comply with ZATCA, Ministry of Commerce, SDAIA and other regulatory obligations — necessary to comply with a legal obligation.

3.2 لإصدار الفواتير الضريبية، وحفظ السجلات المحاسبية، والامتثال لمتطلبات هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك ووزارة التجارة وسدايا وغيرها من الالتزامات التنظيمية — وهو ما تقتضيه الضرورة للامتثال لالتزام نظامي.

3.3 To secure the Platform, detect credential sharing, scraping or fraud, keep audit logs of electronic acceptance, and enforce our Terms and NDA — necessary for our legitimate interests, which do not override your rights and interests.

3.3 لتأمين المنصة، والكشف عن مشاركة بيانات الدخول أو الاستخلاص الآلي أو الاحتيال، وحفظ سجلات تدقيق القبول الإلكتروني، وإنفاذ الشروط واتفاقية عدم الإفصاح — وهو ما تقتضيه مصالحنا المشروعة التي لا تتعارض مع حقوقك ومصالحك.

3.4 To improve the Platform, analyse aggregate usage and develop new features, using statistics that do not identify you where possible — legitimate interests.

3.4 لتحسين المنصة، وتحليل الاستخدام الإجمالي، وتطوير خصائص جديدة، باستخدام إحصاءات لا تحدد هويتك حيثما أمكن — المصالح المشروعة.

3.5 To send you service notices, renewal reminders, security alerts and — where you have opted in — newsletters, market briefings and offers. You may withdraw consent to marketing at any time via the unsubscribe link or your account settings, and every marketing message will identify SPI as sender and provide an opt-out mechanism as required by the PDPL.

3.5 لإرسال إشعارات الخدمة وتذكيرات التجديد والتنبيهات الأمنية، وكذلك — في حال موافقتك — النشرات الإخبارية والموجزات السوقية والعروض. ويجوز لك سحب موافقتك على الرسائل التسويقية في أي وقت عبر رابط إلغاء الاشتراك أو إعدادات حسابك، وستُحدد كل رسالة تسويقية هوية SPI كمرسل وتوفر آلية لإلغاء الاشتراك وفقاً لما يقتضيه النظام.

3.6 Where we rely on your consent, it must be freely given, specific and informed, and you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. We do not make decisions producing legal effects on you based solely on automated processing; opportunity scores relate to projects and companies, not to individual Users.

3.6 عندما نعتمد على موافقتك، يجب أن تكون حرة ومحددة ومستنيرة، ويجوز لك سحبها في أي وقت دون أن يؤثر ذلك على مشروعية المعالجة التي تمت قبل السحب. ولا نتخذ قرارات ذات آثار نظامية عليك بناءً على المعالجة الآلية وحدها؛ فدرجات تقييم الفرص تتعلق بالمشاريع والشركات وليس بالمستخدمين الأفراد.

4.1 The Platform uses strictly necessary cookies (for login sessions, security, the 30-day remembered-device token and language preference) and, subject to your consent, analytics cookies that help us understand how the Platform is used. You can manage non-essential cookies through the cookie banner or your browser settings; disabling necessary cookies may prevent you from logging in.

4.1 تستخدم المنصة ملفات تعريف ارتباط ضرورية (لجلسات الدخول والأمان ورمز الجهاز المحفوظ لمدة 30 يوماً وتفضيل اللغة)، وبموجب موافقتك، ملفات تعريف ارتباط تحليلية تساعدنا على فهم كيفية استخدام المنصة. ويمكنك إدارة ملفات تعريف الارتباط غير الضرورية من خلال شريط الإشعار أو إعدادات متصفحك؛ وقد يمنعك تعطيل الملفات الضرورية من تسجيل الدخول.

5.1 We share personal data only with: (a) service providers who host, secure, e-mail, send SMS, or support the Platform under written contracts that impose confidentiality and PDPL-compliant processing obligations (Processors); (b) professional advisers, auditors and insurers; (c) government authorities, courts or regulators where disclosure is required by Applicable Law or a lawful order; (d) a successor entity in the event of a transfer or incorporation of the SPI business, subject to this Policy; and (e) any other party with your consent.

5.1 نشارك البيانات الشخصية فقط مع: (أ) مزودي الخدمات الذين يستضيفون المنصة أو يؤمّنونها أو يقدمون خدمات البريد الإلكتروني أو الرسائل النصية أو الدعم بموجب عقود مكتوبة تفرض التزامات السرية والمعالجة المتوافقة مع النظام (جهات المعالجة)؛ (ب) المستشارين المهنيين ومراجعي الحسابات وشركات التأمين؛ (ج) الجهات الحكومية أو المحاكم أو الجهات التنظيمية عندما يقتضي النظام المعمول به أو أمر نظامي الإفصاح؛ (د) الكيان الخلف في حال نقل أعمال SPI أو تحويلها إلى شركة، مع مراعاة هذه السياسة؛ (هـ) أي طرف آخر بموافقتك.

5.2 We do not sell personal data, and we do not disclose your identity, searches or saved projects to other Users, project owners or competitors.

5.2 لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية، ولا نفصح عن هويتك أو عمليات بحثك أو مشاريعك المحفوظة لمستخدمين آخرين أو لمالكي المشاريع أو للمنافسين.

6.1 Personal data is hosted on servers located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or with cloud providers offering in-Kingdom regions. Where a Processor needs to process data outside the Kingdom (for example for e-mail delivery or support), we will do so only in compliance with PDPL Article 29 and the Personal Data Transfer Regulations: to jurisdictions recognised by SDAIA as providing adequate protection, or under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or binding common rules, limited to the minimum data necessary, and after a transfer risk assessment where required.

6.1 تُستضاف البيانات الشخصية على خوادم موجودة في المملكة العربية السعودية أو لدى مزودي خدمات سحابية يوفرون مناطق داخل المملكة. وعندما تحتاج جهة معالجة إلى معالجة البيانات خارج المملكة (مثلاً لتوصيل البريد الإلكتروني أو الدعم)، فلن نقوم بذلك إلا وفقاً للمادة التاسعة والعشرين من النظام ولائحة نقل البيانات الشخصية: إلى الدول التي تعترف سدايا بأنها توفر مستوى حماية مناسباً، أو بموجب ضمانات مناسبة مثل الشروط التعاقدية النموذجية أو القواعد الملزمة المشتركة، وبالحد الأدنى من البيانات اللازمة، وبعد إجراء تقييم مخاطر النقل حيثما يُطلب ذلك.

7.1 We apply organisational, administrative and technical measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, hashed passwords, role-based access control, one-time-code verification, activity logging, regular backups and staff confidentiality undertakings. No system is completely secure; you must keep your credentials confidential and use a strong, unique password.

7.1 نطبق تدابير تنظيمية وإدارية وتقنية تتناسب مع المخاطر، بما في ذلك التشفير أثناء النقل (TLS) وأثناء التخزين، وتشفير كلمات المرور، والتحكم في الوصول بحسب الأدوار، والتحقق برمز المرة الواحدة، وتسجيل الأنشطة، والنسخ الاحتياطي المنتظم، وتعهدات السرية من الموظفين. ولا يوجد نظام آمن تماماً؛ لذا يجب عليك الحفاظ على سرية بيانات دخولك واستخدام كلمة مرور قوية وفريدة.

7.2 In the event of a personal data breach that may cause harm to you, SPI will notify SDAIA within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of it and will notify you without undue delay, as required by the PDPL Implementing Regulations.

7.2 في حال وقوع تسرب للبيانات الشخصية قد يلحق ضرراً بك، ستقوم SPI بإخطار سدايا خلال اثنتين وسبعين (72) ساعة من علمها بذلك، وستخطرك دون تأخير غير مبرر، وفقاً لما تقتضيه اللائحة التنفيذية للنظام.

8.1 We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above: account data for the life of your account and twelve (12) months thereafter; electronic acceptance records and invoices for ten (10) years in line with commercial and tax record-keeping requirements; security logs for twelve (12) months; marketing data until you withdraw consent; and business contact data in the Content for as long as it remains accurate and relevant, subject to removal requests. Thereafter data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

8.1 نحتفظ بالبيانات الشخصية فقط للمدة اللازمة للأغراض المذكورة أعلاه: بيانات الحساب طوال مدة حسابك واثني عشر (12) شهراً بعد ذلك؛ وسجلات القبول الإلكتروني والفواتير لمدة عشر (10) سنوات تماشياً مع متطلبات حفظ السجلات التجارية والضريبية؛ وسجلات الأمن لمدة اثني عشر (12) شهراً؛ والبيانات التسويقية حتى سحب موافقتك؛ وبيانات الاتصال المهنية في المحتوى ما دامت دقيقة وذات صلة، مع مراعاة طلبات الإزالة. وبعد ذلك تُحذف البيانات أو تُجعل مجهولة الهوية بشكل لا رجعة فيه.

9.1 Under the PDPL you have the right to: (a) be informed about how your data is processed; (b) access your personal data and obtain a copy in a readable format; (c) request correction, completion or updating; (d) request destruction of data no longer needed; (e) withdraw consent; (f) object to processing based on legitimate interests; and (g) lodge a complaint with SDAIA. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions (for example, records we must retain by law).

9.1 بموجب النظام، لك الحق في: (أ) العلم بكيفية معالجة بياناتك؛ (ب) الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية والحصول على نسخة منها بصيغة مقروءة؛ (ج) طلب تصحيحها أو إكمالها أو تحديثها؛ (د) طلب إتلاف البيانات التي لم تعد هناك حاجة إليها؛ (هـ) سحب الموافقة؛ (و) الاعتراض على المعالجة القائمة على المصالح المشروعة؛ (ز) تقديم شكوى إلى سدايا. وتخضع بعض الحقوق لاستثناءات نظامية (مثل السجلات التي يُلزمنا النظام بالاحتفاظ بها).

9.2 To exercise any right, contact us at privacy@spi-platform.com or through the "Privacy Request" option in your account settings. We will verify your identity and respond within thirty (30) days, extendable once where the request is complex. Requests are free of charge unless manifestly excessive.

9.2 لممارسة أي من هذه الحقوق، تواصل معنا عبر privacy@spi-platform.com أو من خلال خيار "طلب خصوصية" في إعدادات حسابك. وسنتحقق من هويتك ونرد خلال ثلاثين (30) يوماً، قابلة للتمديد مرة واحدة إذا كان الطلب معقداً. والطلبات مجانية ما لم تكن مفرطة بشكل واضح.

10.1 The Platform is intended for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under eighteen (18). If we learn that we have done so, we will delete it.

10.1 المنصة موجهة للمهنيين في قطاع الأعمال. ولا نجمع عن علم بيانات شخصية من أي شخص دون سن الثامنة عشرة (18). وإذا علمنا بحدوث ذلك، فسنحذفها.

11.1 The Platform links to official tender portals, project owner websites and news sources. Those sites have their own privacy practices for which SPI is not responsible.

11.1 تحتوي المنصة على روابط إلى بوابات المناقصات الرسمية ومواقع مالكي المشاريع ومصادر الأخبار. ولهذه المواقع ممارسات خصوصية خاصة بها لا تتحمل SPI المسؤولية عنها.

12.1 We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, our practices or the Platform's branding. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and notify you by e-mail or in-app notice at least fifteen (15) days before material changes take effect. Where a change requires your consent under the PDPL, we will request it.

12.1 قد نحدّث هذه السياسة لتعكس التغييرات في الأنظمة أو ممارساتنا أو العلامة التجارية للمنصة. وسننشر النسخة المحدثة بتاريخ سريان جديد ونخطرك عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو إشعار داخل التطبيق قبل خمسة عشر (15) يوماً على الأقل من سريان التغييرات الجوهرية. وعندما يتطلب التغيير موافقتك بموجب النظام، سنطلبها.

SPI is registered, or will register before processing at scale, on SDAIA's National Data Governance Platform as required for Controllers.
